We will be forever grateful to our dear family and friends, who not only supported us during Christopher’s cancer treatment but continue to support us now and have helped us get Christopher’s Foundation underway. We also would like to thank Christopher’s doctors and nurses at Massachusetts General and New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s hospitals who worked tirelessly to treat Christopher and keep him comfortable during his final days.
